We offer free shipping on all orders across Australia — framed and unframed prints included.
Production & Dispatch
All artwork is made to order — both framed and unframed prints. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
As all artwork is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Framed Prints
Framed prints are available for delivery within Australia only. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
Unframed Prints
Unframed prints are available for both domestic and international delivery. Please contact us for international shipping enquiries and pricing.
Delivery Timeframes
Alvarez Print Gallery relies on third-party logistics and shipment providers to deliver products to customers. As a result, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery timeframes once your artwork has been dispatched. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will follow up on your behalf.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will forward your tracking information to you via email so you can follow the progress of your delivery. If you have not received tracking details within your expected dispatch timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up with our logistics provider on your behalf.
Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, you must notify Alvarez Print Gallery in writing with supporting photos within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us with your order details and images of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
