All Sales Are Final — Made to Order
All artwork sold by Alvarez Print Gallery is made to order. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you have reviewed the size and pricing guide and are satisfied with your selection before placing your order.
Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you must notify Alvarez Print Gallery in writing with supporting photographs within 24 hours of receipt. Claims made outside of this timeframe may not be accepted. Please contact us at amanda@alvarezprintgallery.com.au with your order details and images of the damage.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your order details and a photo of the item received. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Resolution
Where a valid claim is accepted, Alvarez Print Gallery will, at its discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
